My wife and I have been to OX2 three times now. We’ve been there at multiple levels of busyness and have been exceedingly pleased with our experience each time. We have not attended with extreme frequency, yet the waitstaff distinctly remembered us somehow. The food is, of course, absolutely phenomenal and I won’t be saying anything that hasn’t already been said on that account. I’ve been to OX2 Buns & Noodles several times now, and it has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in the Chattanooga area. The food here stands out because it feels authentic and freshly prepared. One of the highlights is the handmade noodles and dumplings. You can really taste the difference compared to typical Chinese restaurants. The noodles have a perfect texture—chewy and fresh—and the broth in the noodle soups is rich and comforting. I stopped by OX2 Buns and Noodles, and if you love authentic Chinese flavors, this place is a must-try! The spicy roast pork stir-fry noodles were full of rich flavor with just the right amount of heat. The scallion pancake beef roll was fresh, crispy, and packed with tender beef — definitely a standout. I finished with a red bean bun pastry that tasted homemade and comforting. Everything was delicious and felt truly authentic. If you’re looking for amazing Chinese food, you won’t be disappointed here!

First off, expect to wait!! A place like this will have a wait. The food is some of the best in Tennessee. You can watch them hand pull the noodles, make all the dumplings fresh. Really, really great place!!
