Owego Originals Italian

So, I give 5s for various reasons. Ultimately, did they exceed expectations? Yup, they did. The food was outstanding. Very high quality chicken wings! Homemade bread. Service was a 10 and not a 5 at all. The locals keep the door swinging. Bring cash to save a bit.

Service was fast! Wings were on point. Only suggestion is to maybe label the condiments as Blue Cheese and Ranch look alike from the container. If you pay with cash it’s cheaper, card payments are few dollars extra.

Always busy when I pass it, and locals recommend it. I had a Stromboli with ham, pepperoni, and cheese. I also had the strawberry sangria for the Strawberry Festival, and it was delicious! My friend had the spiedie sub. On another visit my friend had the chicken parm. The portion was huge and she loved the flavor. I had meat ravioli parmigiana, which was good. I like how you get a side salad and that's delicious bread and a cookie with your meal.

As a local I have grown to really love this place. The food is great, particularly the homemade bread which they pretty much serve with everything. We love to eat on the bar side because it's a little quieter. Speaking of bars, Darcy and Derek make the best dirty martinis in town.😁 We usually don't get the pizza but I did have it the other day when someone brought one to work and it was to die for. Everyone is friendly, and very accommodating if you want to add something to a dish, etc. We usually go there around once a week or so and I can't imagine Owego without it!

Ordered at quarter of 6 for delivery only to have the delivery person arrive at 7 with part of the order. They then said they would be right back with the missing items and they didn't come back until 8pm. Our food overall came cold and disgusting. We spend a lot at Originals and tip well and I just have higher standards for service than what we've been getting. Think I'll start making my own pizza again.
