If Black Cat Ice-cream isn't in the cards, Over the Top is a fantastic alternative! While their flavors might not be as wildly unique or change as frequently, the ones they offer are truly delightful. Plus, the staff are always friendly, and the prices feel fair. My absolute favorite thing about Over the Top is the adorable free mini "top-hat" scoop of ice cream they add to every order. It's such a fun way to sample a new flavor each visit without sacrificing your go-to choice. It also lets you get creative and see how different flavors might pair together! Definitely worth a visit for a safe, tasty and enjoyable ice cream experience that is consistent. As an ice cream fanatic, this is one of the best ice cream places I have EVER been to. Not only is the service wonderful every time, the restaurant is very clean, they have a drive thru, and the ice cream itself is phenomenal. This is my favorite place for ice cream by far! The ice cream flavor matches the name so accurately that it’s a little uncanny. Personally, my family always goes for the lemon cheesecake, twixted sister, or apple pie. The rotating flavors are always fun to give a try, which makes the topper such a great innovation. This is a must try.

Over the Top Ice Cream made our event a hit! The online booking process was a breeze, communication was excellent, and most importantly, the ice cream was fantastic! We went with the ice cream cart which was perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop raving. Highly recommend for any celebration or corporate event looking to serve up something fun and memorable!
