We love this place! That lazy river shack vibe 🎯 comes alive after dark. Last night was great Karaoke (Friday). We usually do lunch. Original owners granddaughters behind the bar. One of the least expensive places we truly enjoy

I got a bacon cheeseburger basket to go. It was a decent burger, nothing special that would make me a repeat customer. The bartender was welcoming.

The burger was amazing. Bartender Rita was prompt, and correct in everything. This is a sit-down-and-chat type of place, very informal, and extremely friendly. I highly recommend it for a quick bite, or a few drinks with friends. I’ve only been twice for the burger as I don’t live here, but I made sure to come back every day that I’ve worked in Freeport. If I ever have work down here again, I will certainly come back a third or even fourth time.

Stopped in here on a trip to Galveston. Hidden gem 💎 Vibes of Jimmy Buffet’s “Bama Breeze,” Toby Keith’s “I Love This Bar,” or Kenny Chesney’s “When I See This Bar.” A genuine spot with cool people, cold beer, and good food. Buffalo shrimp sandwich 🦐 🍤 was delicious!
