If I were the manager, I’d highly recommend reviewing the camera footage for today at around 9:45 am and use it as a training reference for what NOT to do as a barista. I’ll unfortunately just go out of my way to the nearest Dutch, now. 😕 I’ve always enjoyed visiting this stand, but unfortunately, today’s experience left me deeply disappointed. I placed an order totaling around $20, which included a protein coffee, and I tipped 20% on top of that as I usually do. However, upon receiving my drink, I noticed immediately that the protein was not properly dissolved—it remained in thick, chalky clumps that either clogged the straw or resulted in unpleasant mouthfuls. BEST place to get a cup of coffee!!! The girls are always happy, helpful and HOT! Love my daily pick me up! Coffee is ALWAYS on point! I have never had any issues with my food or drinks being made wrong. The owner is a spitfire and full of spunk! She puts a smile on everyone’s face. The baristas are so sweet and learn what you like and most of the time when I pull through they’ve got my drink prepped and ready for me! I LOVE that it feels like family when I come in! I will always choose Outlaw over any other coffee place in town! LOVE MY GIRLS!!!!!

I stopped in during happy hour got 3 of there valentine lotus drinks with the popping Boba which I know is more than the regular happy hour price do to the boba but I was charged full price on them not just the upcharged for the boba and I gave a decent tipe, didnt notice tel I left. I went back to let them know and the lady stepped away for a few minutes comes back and tells me that there is nothing they can do because the transaction was already processed and that I "agreed" to that price when I paid, then she said besides we are in training so I asked if they could do a free drink for the extra charges and she said nope there is nothing we can do. Your customer service when you mess up is absolutely uncalled for, wrong and dishonest as all get out I will not likely be gracing this estab

Been to the stand a few times and always had a pleasant experience prior to today. I had made a purchase of two drinks and had asked for a drink carrier to help carry the drinks from my car - down five blocks to my work. The barista Kylie had told me quite aggressively that I could “buy another drink or leave” I’ve worked as a barista for many years and have never had a manager or owner tell me it’s store policy to deny a drink carrier to someone purchasing 2 drinks or less…. I understand policies, but I repeatedly asked and offered to pay extra for A carrier. Consider better customer service.
