Outback Steakhouse

Second time in ... food was great I got the ribeye and steak 🤤. Drinks amazing and the staff is always friendly. Fried mushrooms were very oily... and the free bread ... is ... I'm assuming an aussie tradition or something... because it's not that good or appetizing in my opinion... otherwise the meal was amazing... However, I understand that it this was a busy weekend... Valentines day... and the busy Sunday crowds... but we have to do better with bussing the areas... the tables get wiped decently but the floors were atrocious... soo much food and debris were under our table both of the ladies i were with had difficulty getting in and out of our booth as a gentleman I always make sure to assist with anyone with me but it was almost impossible for even myself to keep my balance at times...

Due to a serious mixup with DoorDash, we were missing our entire delivery order. DoorDash refused to credit us the correct amount since it was the Dasher’s fault for grabbing the wrong bag (we ordered $250 worth of food for a celebratory meal.) Even though it was NOT Outback’s fault, Shannon still made it her mission to correct the problem. We were given the correct order, plus gift cards, plus dessert as an apology from a business that was NOT at fault. If you want genuine, above and beyond service, go check out Outback. We were a party of 6 and we're told it would be roughly 45 min. It being a friday night, no big deal. About 20 min in waiting inside we see a large round table party leave. Then about 10 min later the large table next to that also finish up. At about 45 min we ask how much longer and are informed when a table becomes available. It was quite annoying considering we were standing next to 2 tables that were empty for at least 25 min but hadnt been cleaned off yet. We are seated at about the 50 min mark. Ordered food and drink fine, everything came out in a timely manor. ALL the steaks were way over seasoned with pepper or whatever. My niece's kids steak was so peppered around her mouth was quite red and irritated to the point of tears. Informed the waitress and was given a burger (nice asked

Me and a friend came in on Wednesday and sat in a booth in the bar area for lunch. We had not eaten it outback into years because we had had a couple of bad experiences at another location. Cassie was our server and is honestly the best service I have ever had. I was a manager of the front of the house years ago at a similar type restaurant. I trained servers and hostesses, etc., but Cassie is literally the best server I’ve ever seen and had. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. Jonese, the front of the house manager came by our table and what a sweetheart of a lady. We told her how wonderful everything was and she was so happy and thanked us for coming. Thank you ladies so much!

We waited an extra half hour than quoted, waited to order after being sat for 20 more minutes, and finally after almost an hour we got our food which was so so. Not worth the price or the wait. No communication either, idk if they were short staffed, kitchen was backed up, etc. but even an explanation would’ve been nice
