Last 2 times, soggy pizza, they didn't use wax paper or whatever they use inside the box to prevent sticking the last 2 times as well, so it stuck to the box. Dough seemed a little undercooked tonight as well. 1 time = bad luck/bad night, 2 = pattern. Bummer because it was good for awhile. Looks like they just don't care... consistency matters!

They offer amazing vegan cheese that melts well and tastes good! Super friendly staff, very helpful and patient, recommend 100% ❤️

Ordered here before, and typically really like the food. Last time, I got the margarita pizza, and it was so soggy, I didn’t eat it at all. Fast forward to tonight, my boyfriend wanted to order from there, so he got a meat lovers pizza, which he’s gotten before and loved. This time, it was completely soggy and he was pretty grossed out. When I called, the guy on the phone was like “oh sorry, I’ll talk to the cooks in the kitchen.” And I then asked about a refund for the pizza (we got the pizza, cheesy bread, meatballs and tiramisu) to which he had to call me back, so he could call his boss. When he called back, he said that “unless it was uncooked dough, and a health hazard, we can’t do a refund.” To which I was AMAZED…. Because WHAT DO YOU MEAN?? Great take out pizza but small place. Feels like a take out place. Also can not use gift cards over the phone or online which is very disappointing.

Otto pizza is alway a great place to dine. The pizza is very good and the quality is always the same regardless of which one you visit! The staff is helpful, the pizza is always hot!
