The pizza is great, but I have no idea why they even have tables, we wanted to dine in and they brought our food in boxes. Sure they added paper plates but this was not the experience it could have been, despite there being a giant pizza oven working hard it’s extremely cold, they have barely any drinks and we ended up just taking the pizza home. A bit unfortunate because the pizza is genuinely delicious!
Don’t ever accept a DoorDash for this place they are super slow. They are shortstaffed and the pizza that they make is some vegan or something like that which always takes them a long time. I’ve literally never come here and actually had my order ready. The pizza is good, but like I said, it takes a really long time and they’re always behind schedule.
To whom it may concern, I went to Otto on 202 Massachusetts Avenue on Saturday, November 23 at approximately 9:25PM. As soon as I entered the pizzeria, I was asked if I was here to pick-up an order. I responded saying that I am here to order in the store. The customer service was terrible. I was rushed to make an order and got my pizza heated up for 10 seconds. I requested to have it to stay. However, the cashier rudely said that all the tables were cleaned and was currently not seating any customers, because they were closing. Upon opening the pizza box, I was surprised to see the slices carelessly thrown in. To top off the horrible experience at Otto, the pizza was THE WORST I have ever had. There was barely any tomato sauce and the dough was spread out so thinly that the light was able
This place is a total mess, there’s absolutely no hygiene. We found multiple hair strands in the pizza, and my family and I were vomiting for hours after we got home.
This is the small Mashed Potato, Bacon & Scallion ($13.50). I knew there would be leftovers, so I ordered it in a to-go box. I must admit that the Lynnfield location was MUCH more generous with the bacon. They were also better at evenly distribute the toppings. This is a very tasty pizza. It's a funny shaped room, and it didn't work for Comella's.
