Otterbein's Cookies

Love these cookies but I’m not a fan of the new plastic sleeves inside & miss the old packaging. There’s something about seeing the red cookie bag that tastes like nostalgia.

Their Chocolate chip cookies are my favorite cookies ever. Something may be addictive in this recipe, but I am not complaining

I love these cookies and buy them at the giant at least twice a month. However, the sugar cookies I purchased last week were stale. Very disappointed. I will try them one more time and hopefully they will be fresh.

Lifelong Baltimore Resident. So much has changed nowadays with foods & snacks taste & portion sizes esp after the Pandemic: Grocery store, online ordering, shops, eating out: Nothing's like it was. Omg. Is this the original recipe? Also SEEMS to be Way LESS cookies although the way they are now enclosed in 2 small plastic bags is better bec they don't all just break up. OK but these no longer taste the same. If you are 35-40+ you'll remember. These ARE NOT Those Same Cookies. Like I remember. I used to literally could not stop eating these. I've had the same bag 1 month now only eaten 2. Eat 1 or 2 and I'm done. Different Flavor + a bitter almost burnt aftertaste. Still using butter or is it a margarine or something mixed in with the butter?...what a letdown bec for me, while these cook

Always loved them until recently. Splurged for the 15oz bucket of sugar cookies. All of them were burnt. Contacted the company and never heard back. It won't stop me from buying them again but their customer service is terrible. Also, How can a complete bucket of burnt cookies get past quality control?
