Osoyoos Pho Vietnamese Cuisine

Customer service was sweet and nice, but I’m here to rate the food and it was horrible. Probably the worst Vietnamese food I ever had or maybe I just didn’t order the right dishes. Their spring rolls is taro and pork(felt like there was no meat at all) it’s very skinny and I wished it was the traditional spring rolls. If it wasn’t, it should have been labeled. It’s $6-7 for 5 skinny pieces. Added pictures As for the chicken pho. They used beef broth. Reason why you buy chicken pho is to have chicken broth and the chicken was veeeerrrry dry! Lots of sugar and msg to the broth. Was not authentic and natural Rice dish: had the same spring rolls and the meat tasted like jerky and dry chicken. Pretty good pho, prices alright, spring rolls a bit thin but it makes for a different mouth experience. Portions are proper, too. Humourous & sociable staff

First impression wasn't that good.. Customer service was bad. The owner or server that we met looked grumpy and not so friendly. He gave us the menu without saying anything, just placing it on our table and left. He didn't even give us any water until we asked him to. Food was not that good either.. Portion was smaller than what I used to in other Vietnamese restaurants, with the same price. I ordered chicken and grilled pork combo, and my husband had pho. Pho wasn't too bad, but not that tasty either. Very little bean sprout at the bottom of the bowl. My chicken and pork were dry and tasted..bland. We had some expectations of this place, but unfortunately it didn't deliver. I think giving 2 stars is generous enough considering the food quality and bad customer service. Sorry, but we can't

So good! Everything was fabulous. Had a lovely chat with the owners afterwards. Very hardworking and good people. Bubble tea was delicious!

I got the Shrimp Salad Rolls and the Vietnamese Sub Sandwich (Bánh mì). The Salad Rolls were very big and the peanut sauce was delicious. The Bánh mì was perfect as well, light and refreshing. I have not tried the pho yet, but It looks very good as well. Definitely will be looking forward to coming here every time I visit Osoyoos!
