Osmow's Shawarma - Sunrise

I was visiting Sawgrass Mall and, after a day of shopping, decided to grab some dinner at the Sawgrass food court. With so many options available, I eventually decided to try Osmow's Sawgrass for my meal. From their menu, I opted for the Chicken Salad as it seemed like a lighter yet fulfilling dinner choice. The server prepared it by mixing fresh veggies, grilled chicken, and sauces right in front of me before handing it over. When I finally got to taste the salad, I found it to be just okay. While the ingredients seemed fresh and the portion size was decent, the overall flavor didn't quite hit the mark for me. The food was absolutely delicious! All the ingredients came together perfectly, and the best part was Katerine’s amazing customer service. She was so polite and courteous, it really made the whole experience even better!

Yogesh is the best!! He was so sweet and his customer service was amazing. And the food taste good. definitely will be coming back

- make sure you enter through the west end entrance by Marshall’s and it’ll take you directly there. The guys gave great service Food has great portions and I love the options and I will say the food has great flavor there wasn’t a dish I didn’t like. For the price and portion I’d say it’s reasonable

The chicken was DRY AS HELL!!! And tasted burned.. $11 for just a wrap and it was literally disgusting! In my 36 years I've never left a review for a place in the food court..ever...but I had to cause this was a shame! I ate half cause I was starving and threw the rest out! At 12noon on a slow Friday, food should be fresh! Im appalled
