Osaka Restaurant

It is a good Japanese restaurant. The tempura was the highlight, I do not a big fan and I really enjoyed this one. It feels very authentic food. They have another few non Japanese dishes. The service was fast. Everything is clean. Plenty of parking

I knew this restaurant was around for a while but this was my 1st visit. I still like to eat in, esp with freshly made food. When i arrived, the first impression was "they have no sit down service", but there was one couple and some tables were set so thankfully they did. The sign says "restaurant and bar" but the bar is now a storage (hense my first impression). We sat and ordered from a nice waiter who seems not to have gotten word the pandemic is over. Maybe that's why the restaurant feels unwelcome inside? Anyway, the food was good, from the miso soup to sushi. However the steaming dumplings were a disappointment, i suggest skipping them. Hanami in College Park was our go to for so long, and when they disappeared we were at a loss for a good carryout sushi place close by home. We are thankful to have found Osaka. Great quality for a good price. We have only ordered once so far but look forward to making this place a part of our regular rotation when we need a quick sushi fix and we don't feel like cooking. We will be dinning in at some point for sure.

I come here often and the food is excellent. Service is good and precise. Small family that runs the restaurant and prepares quality sushi. Not big but truly a gem in the area.

I sometimes go here three or four times a week. I really enjoy their more simple sushi and sashimi options. Some of the elaborate rolls are really great too they're just not my usual go to and tend to be too filling to allow me to have variety with my meal. I still need to try more of their cooked food options but I heard the Korean options are good too. I do wish they had a few more Sake or beer options perhaps they just aren't featured on the menu.
