Amazing dinner and drink experience. Every bite was an amazing discovery into a new palate of delicious flavor. Spencer was so knowledgeable and guided us through the menu… OMG We had to order two desserts. Don’t miss out on the bison carpaccio 11/10
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Oro. Our server, Juan - was incredibly friendly and attentive. This was quite possibly the best meal I’ve had since living in the Springs. The ambience is charming, romantic, modern, and well thought out. Everything was incredible from start to finish. The star of the night was definitely the Bolognese!! Never have I experienced something so decadent! We can’t wait to come back.
My first visit to Oro was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was great, but the service really stood out. Our server, Spencer, went above and beyond to help us navigate the menu. Since it was our first time, we weren't sure what to order, but his recommendations for food pairings were spot on. The Papardelle Lamb Ragú was out of this world. We will definitely be coming back again!
Went for an anniversary dinner .Spencer was an excellent waiter! Checked in on us often made sure our food and everything was ok. Very quiet dining area . Food was good how ever I wish there was more options w pasta and a meat of some sort we also got an appetizer with Bison Carpaccio there was more cheese topping then meat , very thin as they mentioned but was still good. The Citus drink was amazing!! We ordered Veal Scallopini, nDuja alla vodka for our main meal.
I went in last night to celebrate my birthday. Our waitress was really great! The glass of wine was maybe 3 and 1/2 oz, very tiny for the price. The beef carpaccio was delicious, but you couldn't see the meat under the cheese. The parmesan had a really great flavor however. Same with the endive celery pear salad, covered in cheese, couldn't see what you were eating, but it was still tasty. The veal scallopine had poor flavor, however the greens on the side were well seasoned and complimented the meat, but the meat tasted like oil. I only ate half so I could have room for dessert. They gave me a free dessert. The lemon zabaglione was good. The cafe amaro flip espresso liqueur drink had very little foam. Any drink made with egg white should have a nice fat layer of foam. Later that night I w
