Customer Reviews
I’ve bought upwards of 100 different brands of coffee beans and received nothing but coffee beans, as expected, until this morning. There were rocks in my beans and it damaged my Breville machine’s grinder. I called their corporate number listed on their website and there were no amends made. For what it’s worth, I never ever leave bad reviews unless there’s something catastrophically bad. Please, for yours and your machines safety, do not buy Orinoco Coffee beans!
Orinoco supplies a variety of coffee and tea items my husband uses for his business. They roast in house so everything is fresh. You can't go wrong with their yirgacheffe for drip coffee and their anniversario blend for espresso. They also carry a wide variety of flavor syrups and sauces. If they don't have it odds are they can order it for you. Not only are their products amazing but so are their staff. Charlotte knows all of the products and has been able to answer all of my questions. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is also friendly and helpful. They have been in business for 25 years!
This coffee had notes of bitter septic, probably the worst coffee I’ve ever purchased at Fresh Market. Ten dollars I wish I had back. Don’t waste your time/money to insult your taste buds.
This coffee is amazing. I usually pick up the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe from the Giant off of old court rd (which for some reason is about $5 cheaper than through the website [What is up with that?]). Their Yirgacheffe lives up to the name and does indeed taste like berries and flowers. I do have to say that some of the batches are a littler more "dark" than "medium" which could explain the negative review. I just ordered a sampling of 12oz bags from their website and in it is a light roast Organic Yirgacheffe and Sierra Nevada so I will update about the roast quality when I open them to say whether the light roast is truly light. I would rate 5* if the price were a little better through the website (since I am used to paying 2/3 of the online price).
What a great cup of coffee! No bitterness, great aroma, plenty of options. Our go too beans are Jamaican and Amaretto. We’re stocking up big time next sale 😉 We use a percolator or French press with a course grind = perfecto
