My daughter and I have been cuddling through the area sushi restaurants to celebrate her birthday for nearly two decades now. Through the years, several of our favorites have closed and we've needed to search for a new place. WE FOUND IT! Everything was fantastic, from the (post-lunchtime) moment we walked in until we walked outside, replete and happy. We ordered a selection of rolls and a large plate of sashimi, expecting small- to average-sized portions at reasonable prices. What we got were nearly futomaki-sized rolls at these same prices. The flavor combinations, both sweet and savory, both spicy and sublime, were even more impressive than the value. The service here was great — very friendly and attentive staff, which honestly made me want to give this place a higher rating. Unfortunately, the sushi itself was not good. The spicy tuna roll had almost no flavor, the texture was off for all of the hand rolls. Like old chewy seaweed, and rice that was cooked with too much water. It just felt like low-quality ingredients overall, which was disappointing because the presentation looked fine. I’ve had better sushi at inexpensive all-you-can-eat places. I'm not a picky eater.

I will drive out here from Baltimore to come to this Sushi place! I have never seen so many types of Sushi in one place. They have the classics as well and an abundance of unique rolls. They also offered complementary soup, appetizer and dessert. I couldn’t believe they kept coming out with complementary items and didn’t believe it till we got the bill LOl. The prices are amazing for the quality of sushi. I don’t usually eat a lot of raw sushi but I had the salmon avocado roll and it was divine. The food was prepared and out to us within 10 minutes or so. Amazing amazing amázing!
