Love this place the food is always delicious and served fresh! Made daily.

My Grandmother brought me here and introduced me to Lercy himself in the mid-late 1980's (of my youth). Food has always been spot on. Just like home. Steam table of down home goodness. Was great walking through those doors last week with my daughter. Bought a To-Go for elderly family members to enjoy (along with our selection). I shall return 😊. Great food. Everything was cooked fresh. There was a nice variety of menu choices. The chicken-fried steak was delicious. The pinto beans were really good. The staff was friendly and the service was good. The price was fair.

Food is great ! It's a little confusing your 1st time because they call it a buffet but it's not. You cant return to get more. I couldnt understand the spanish lady serving but my wife translated. A drink is $2.50 ! (Too much) The food itself ,very reasonable 11.99 ! I will give it another shot. The food IS that good.

Wanted to try something local to Winnie, and was not disappointed. Stopped twice this week, first tried the burger with onion rings then chicken fried steak mashed potatoes, (white gravy on both) green beens, cabage, and a dessert cake. It's a good sign when you order a burger and they mention it will be 15 minutes. Onion rings had good flavor and for me the right amount of batter. Half the burger would be enough for most. Chicken fried steak was battered with just enough extra to give you that one good last bite. Sides were all home made and good! The cake had a butterscotch icing. Almost forgot about the jalapeño cornbread! Highly recommend!
