Love the fact I can come into a place and know there won't be any BS going on. Just pure good food with a wholesome family atmosphere that you dont gotta worry about anyone worrying about your right 2A. Come, eat, stay armed and leave FULL!

Best French dip sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Their french fries are like a warm cozy blanket on a rainy day and your dad made you french fries. They’re so fresh and delicious! The staff treats you as if you’re Family and you’re just going to eat at grandma‘s house. Their meat is delicious and fresh. Everyone definitely needs to check this spot out! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I was following Oregon's Indoor High Caliber Kitchen on Facebook for a couple weeks before they opened. I made it in the day after they opened and I was impressed. The interior has an open floor plan with plenty of tables and seating as well as a sitting “bar.” I ordered the Full Auto with fries and loved it. My daughter ordered a kids slider and it was literally an adorable mini hamburger. Everyone was super nice throughout my visit. My favorite part of the trip was two younger guys behind me reading the menu out loud.

We heard about the food names on the menu... jumped in the truck to try it out! Loved it! Fresh food, fun atmosphere, friendly staff! Highly recommend, you won't regret it.

We had lunch at High Caliber Kitchen for the first time today and it was delicious!!! My husband ordered his New York Strip steak medium and he said it was perfectly cooked. His mac n cheese side order was so good too. I ordered a turkey and cheese melt, with cheddar and pepper jack, with a side of fresh fries and house made ranch dressing and every bit of it was delicious!! Prices were exactly as I would expect; atmosphere was casual and friendly; staff were attentive, competent, and likable; we will definitely be returning!!!😋
