Hazella Baking School

I was craving a fresh croissant and not the ones you can buy from a large chain store. I happened to come across this shop via a Google search and also via Instagram. I walked in and was instantly greeted by the owner, Michael. I also had the pleasure of meeting his wife, Rebecca. Really warm, kind people. I ended up buying two things and bringing them home. The apricot cream cheese croissant was to die for! Perfect amount of sweetness. It was buttery and the layers were spot on. I am definitely looking forward to going back for more. And I’m really excited that they have baking classes. I’ve already booked a spot for one. Definitely the best bakery in Lebanon and region! Very fresh food early in the morning. You have plenty of options and I’m sure you’ll find something you like even if you are picky because they are the best at what they do. Gone to this place for the last year or two. Never have they disappointed me yet. You can taste the quality in every baked goodie they create. Staff has always been friendly. They do have a certain amount of each item made so they my run out early in the day if it's a really popular item.

I cannot say enough good things about Hazella's. I have a family member who is gluten free and all the gluten free items that have had don't last for long. Rebecca and Micheal are so sweet. It's so nice having this bakery in town. A great addition to the Lebanon Community!

Was told this was the place that must be tried when in the area and it didn't disappoint. Michael and Rebecca not only make phenomenal pastries and baked goods, they also have made an incredible location with atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The leek and parmesan pastry, ham and gruyere cheese pastry and the riccota, red bell pepper with broccoli micro greens with balsamic drizzle (pictured) were amazing. This is an absolute must stop and experience this for yourself. Great job Hazella
