Oregon Public Library

A very nice newly built public library (it is built in 2023 and opened in 2024). I have been to the old one in the Main Street 3 years ago , it was very nice and warm. Now, there is a new one with nice views from the window, also inside it is very modern and NEW! I love it so much. There are a lot of books and seats , also there is a special area - seed library, which you can check the seeds out, plan yourself, get back the seeds after the plants get any. This continuity for the nature is excellent. It is a very great area to study and read! The kids zone and the youth zone are great and nice as well.

The Oregon Public Library is one of the newest libraries in the area and did a great job! It is open and well lighted. Lots of places to sit and read or use computers. The back overlooks a wildlife area. There are walking trails around the library so after or before picking up books, music, videos or seeds, there is a nice place to walk.

LOVE, love, love the Oregon Public Library! I have been using the Oregon Public Library since moving to Oregon in 2009. When my 3 children were younger we attended the Library almost weekly to check out items, attend children's programing, and play at the library. I also have an in-home daycare that has used the library on many occasions to attend story times, other children's events and to play and check out items. The library offers a wide variety of programing and everything I've attend I've enjoyed. The library is huge, clean, and offers many different areas to read, relax, play, study, etc. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend the Oregon Public Library to anyone in the area!

A brand new library, clean, bright, and cozy. A great asset to the community, and our two kids love the children's section.

1) The library is beautiful! 2) We stumbled upon story time this morning, and it was just lovely. Kelly Allen (youth services librarian) did such an incredible job providing a safe and enriching an environment for all children and especially those who might have a harder time sitting and listening to a story. I haven't seen this at all libraries and feel it is so crucial in getting ALL children involved and excited about reading. As an SLP and a mom of two movers, I am amazed and so happy to have someone making such an incredible difference in the community!
