The server and chefs were all very friendly and nice. The quality of fish was on point. The salmon tasted really good. Sake don had too much rice and not enough salmon. I wish it had few more salmon pieces or ikura. Ikura was more of a decoration even though it was stated in the menu as part of the dish. The steak teriyaki was also really good. Had a very tender texture and the sauce was delicious. Miso soup was super good too. It didnt feel like normal miso soup you get from other places, and it had some extra garlic and rich broth. Best I have had in Madison. We will definitely be there again, but probably won't do sake don again.

Delicious! My husband is not a fan of sushi but he tried their Spicy Crab and he actually liked it! He loved the Chicken Katsu bowl. This place is SOO GOOD and the Customer Service is Amazing! So glad they open this place in this town. It’s delicious and amazing. Been here twice and each visit was amazing!

First sushi bar patrons at their opening for lunch and nothing but rave reviews. It was like they’ve been doing this for years. This place is going to be a destination sushi bar for not only Oregon, but pulling in sushi lovers from all around! We started with Miso soup, and they gifted us the Aburi sushi (outstanding), then hit two of the appetizers on their large apps menu: Tempura Combo, and Hottie Hottie. The tempura had seven different items and all were outstanding. The Hottie Hottie is spiced tuna on crispy rice with spicy mayo. Both were large portions and the Hottie Hottie was unique and delicious. Then we shared a 3-Roll lunch special of Unagi Cucumber, Spicy Shrimp, and the Oregon roll (crispy salmon skin, avo, cucumber, asparagus, masago, unagi sauce, spicy mayo). All three we’d

I have visited this restaurant several times since it opened and love everything about it so far. The food is delicious on its own but the extra touch in the presentation makes it even more enjoyable. The service has been great each time and we haven't had to wait very long to get seated. The owner and staff are very very friendly. I really like the transformation of the space too. It's a big menu and I would love to be able to try it all. Keep up the great job you are doing, you have a wonderful thing going.

We went on a Friday (21NOV25) at 4:45. 80 minutes wait.. they gave us a drink token and we walked over to the Wine Bar. When our table was ready they were busy. I only saw two servers but they did awesome. Service felt slow but food was great. We started with Chicken Karaage. I got the Spicy Miso Ramen soup, not very spicy. Hubs got sushi. Highly recommend but get there early or be ready for drinks at wine bar. Oh and if you pay with CC there's a 3% add on
