Orchard House Bakery

Stumbled across this tucked away spot at 8 AM on a Saturday right after they opened and I'm so glad I did. Excellent pastries and outstanding chai!

We’ve been huge fans of Orchard House ever since we stumbled across them at the market. First time I’ve been to their store front and it was great! Tons of delicious rotating options (check their well curated social media before you go to see what’s there). I really appreciate the option to get access to these year round and regret not grabbing a shirt, which I’ll fix next time I swing in. The savory donuts remain the biggest surprise for how amazing they are, even if it doesn’t sound like something you might like I’d highly recommend trying one. As others have mentioned these are folks that know how to bake and it shows.

These are, without exaggerating, the best donuts I’ve ever had in my life, and they’re consistent. They treat donuts with the respect of pastry chefs, using good ingredients and fresh fruits, instead of using buckets of cheap Cisco filling like most places you come across. They make their own jelly for the jelly filled donuts out of local fruit and they’re really good. It’s wild because the crew here introduces new flavors weekly, but they’re all excellent. They also have a bunch of flavors that they keep and don’t switch out. I would personally recommend the pecan praline, the rosy cakes (topped with pistachio and rose), and the sour cream old fashioned. Only drawback is that other donuts are disappointing after you’ve had these.

OMG. I’ve never been a big fan of donuts, but these aren’t your typical donuts. The staff were friendly, the inside was small but cute, and the selection was impressive. Every donut was a winner. The Roseycake, however, was on a whole other level. The balance of flavors was literally perfect.

The cutest little bakery with the best treats. Rose, the owner, is a joy and the doughnuts are top-tier. The seasonal (cherry frangipane) was maybe the single best doughnut I've had, but the apple fritter really stands out, too. I doubt you could go wrong here. Beautiful branding, friendly, cozy, and delicious.
