OPE, It's Ice Cream

Cashier was rude taking our order. Did not even say hello she just asked what we wanted. She slammed our ice cream on the counter before I can grab it. The novelty ice cream I ordered for my kids were frost bitten. The vanilla ice cream also looked like it was in the freezer too long. The peanuts on my banana split were very stale. Overall terrible experience. Would tell anyone going to newaygo to not go here.

Ope Ice Cream is a great location for cost vs tasty product. They have a large selection of items and is very tasty. They just need to work on customer service ,hi, how are you, haveba great day. Thank you for stopping in. Small things add up.

Absolutely amazing spot to go to to get ice cream. The elephant ears are the most my go to with caramel drizzle on it. Its pure perfection

We go to Opes because of the convenience of the drive through. We went to get a medium soft serve vanilla with a regular cone for our pups. $4.50 I was shocked. That is way out of line to charge that much considering Tinys is 2.78 for a med and 3.60 for a LG. Pine Cone is 2.78 and 3.30. A true example of price gouging. 🤔

Great selection, and wonderful ice cream. The flavor blast soft serve was good and unique. Hand dipped ice cream was all good too. Fast, friendly service.
