Opa-locka Branch Library

This was my first time visiting this office, and I must say the warmth, comfort, and hospitality were truly felt. The ladies here were kind, sweet, and patient. I came in with my two children to get assistance with printing, and while I was being helped, another staff member even stepped in to engage my children with an activity. That small gesture meant so much. Thank you, ladies—I truly appreciate it!

The women at the front desk were very helpful and respectful. They were patient and made sure my process of getting the library card was smooth. The environment was very pleasing and welcoming.

Opa Locka branch is part of the Miami-Dade Public Library System. Very nice team that work at this branch, the ladies are so kind to help you find everything and can order items from system if you can’t find what you need. Quiet areas for reading and great selection of DVDs for children & adults.

The worst ever. There are nothing but women staff working who gossip and talk about men loudly all day. Totally unprofessional and uncomfortable. I had to endure it a few times but never again!!!
