Oola Bowls Westbrook

I had purchased a “surprise bag” through too good to go. I show up at the designated time slot for pick up to be told by the employee he had no idea what I was talking about. Had no idea about the app and told me they don’t do that. I said (and showed him) it’s literally right here. Asked if he could call someone that knows about it. He said no.. so I’m out the money I paid. If your business is going to offer things like this make sure all of your staff know and understand what they are supposed to do.

I visited your Westbrook location today at 7:30 p.m. and was disappointed to find the doors locked, with an employee informing me you were already closed. Your official hours state you are open until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays. While I understand that things happen, closing 30 minutes before your posted time is frustrating for customers who plan their visits accordingly. I am a fan of your bowls and hope this was an isolated incident. For future reference, please ensure your closing times are accurate to avoid misleading other customers.

I go in often for smoothie bowls and the girl making the bowls always greets me with a smile when I go in, pleasant, welcoming and makes a really good bowl!

This is hands down the best bowl spot in Westbrook and its even close. I've brought my daughter to more acai bowl places than I can count. We normally just order something, sit quietly and leave. The staff here was kinder to us than any one has been literally anywhere. They took the time to help my indecisive kid figure out what she wanted and nailed it. They checked on us even though they didnt have too. They didnt give us the Gen Z stare that I got in the other Westbrook bowl place. The interior is a little bland but I don't actually care. The food was spectacular and the price was great too. If you get tired of overpaying for similar products while receiving worse service elsewhere definitely come visit. Even if you aren't tired of that you should come here anyway to compare.
