Such a great experience! I tried the drunken noodles and a spicy tuna roll and both were incredible. The noodles were flavorful with just the right amount of spice, and the spicy tuna roll was fresh and perfectly made. Everything tasted authentic and the service was great. Highly recommend!

Everything was great including the service/staff. You can tell they really care about the customers satisfaction. We had Takoyaki, Pork Larb, Papaya Salad, as well as the complimentary spring rolls they gave us. The Takoyaki was perfection! Crispy, fluffy, savory, and creamy. Love the Benito flakes on top. The Larb was very flavorful and tastes traditional/authentic. We loved it. The Papaya salad was also on point. Perfect amount of acidity and spice. And lastly their complimentary spring rolls were Great. Light and super crunchy with fresh thinly sliced vegetable inside. We really enjoyed all aspects of this establishment, a plan on returning, as well as recommending to others.

First time there and had a delightful experience. The service was very friendly and attentive. The menu options were vast: sushi, thai, and pho. I had the chicken pho and my wife had an assortment of sushi. Check out the one called Westbrook in the photos! They also comp'd us a desert bc in their view it took too long to get that served (even though it was not much of a wait).

Very fresh ingredients. They actually served our meal with Chinese broccoli-a rare treat in this area. So many Thai choices in greater Portland area but no real standouts. Ocha Thai is different. Fresh, not oily, simple clean flavors, and excellent pho broth -a good indicator of an experienced chef who uses fresh, unprocessed ingredients. We had chicken lo mein , beef pho, pad see ew, fried spring rolls, spicy tuna roll and scallion pancakes. And fried ice cream for dessert! Waiter also brought us a Thai donut to help celebrate a special birthday. We drank water that was continuously refreshed by a very pleasant waiter. The hot tea was presented in individual cups with a bag - good flavor. Don’t be put off by strip mall appearance and bright overhead lighting- the food makes it worthwhile.

Stimulating food and a friendly staff. I was shopping in the area and happened across this new Thai place, and it was a pleasant surprise. I tried the pad kra pao (hot basil) with pork and shrimp, which has a complex sweet-savory character and subtle kick, as well as that trademark Thai smattering of vegetables, in this case peppers, onions, and green beans. Another highlight was the beautiful and refreshing deep purple butterfly tea lemonade. I learned that butterfly tea, or blue tea, gets its color from a flower infusion.
