Worst service ever. If you are a business who uses this service or an individual sending a package it is in your best interest to use another service. I placed an order with a national brand named company who unfortunately used this service. A week after receiving a email that my order was being shipped I tracked on the status. Imagine my surprise when the status reported that my package arrived and there was a photo to confirm delivery. I hope whoever received my package are delighted because the photo was not my front porch; it was delivered to the wrong address. When I reached out to Ontrac they sent a ‘canned’ email stating they would look into this issue. Five minutes later, I received an email stating the package was delivered. I bought a tool set online. And when the order was placed, it was uploaded with My old address. I reached out to the seller to make a correction and addresses. And the seller confirmed. Meanwhile, Off trac. Reached out to me by email stating that they needed the exact address and location of my Current place of residence. So I responded with the correct address and pictures from Google of my home off trac didn’t check their emails. they ended up returning my tool set to the seller. There is no way to get in direct contact with someone and the only way you can communicate with this company is through a virtual AI assistance that claims that someone will reach you within 48 hours, meanwhile I still don’t have my package. ZERO STARS!!!!! I believe this company exists entirely to steal packages based on my experience and all of the reviews. I ordered some jeans from Old Navy. The package was supposedly on its way but, OnTrac sent a message to me claiming my address was incomplete and I was to contact them. The message also claimed my package would be returned, to where I am unsure, if I did not contact them within 3 business days. They did not provide any contact information. I contacted Old Navy through a chat and at least got a phone number to try but, not much help otherwise. Old Navy claimed my package had up to 9 business days to be delivered. I explained it was already in my city and provided screenshots of my messages from OnTrac but, Old Navy wouldn't budge on their position that the package had 9

Perplexed as to how this third party delivery company is rated “The #1 Alternative Carrier Network” per their site. OnTrac events shows package arrived to Final Servicing Facility located in Franksville, WI on 12/28/25 @ 6:52AM. Out for delivery on 12/28/25 @ 10:05AM. Arrived to shipping address same day in Milwaukee at 12:13PM. “Business closed. Please provide hours.” Driver will make up to three additional attempts. I submitted the business hours TWICE via “Wink” the virtual assistant per instructed. Followed up at the shipping address on 12/30/25 in Milwaukee. Package not delivered. Revisited OnTrac events and it stated package was delivered 12/29/25 @ 11:46 AM to Franksville, WI. Drove to postal facility in Franksville, WI. (which was 30 minutes away). No package was delivered. They Lost my package, the app said it was “delayed due to weather”. It wasn’t until I reached out that someone finally told me the package was lost and to contact the seller. Well that’s not going to help me much 3 days before Christmas. Had they let me know as soon as they found out package was lost it would’ve been a different story. Just avoid using them. And if they do have to deliver any of your packages good luck! Better luck finding it local.
