A&W Restaurant

The young man at the register, Caden F., was very welcoming, friendly, (smiled!) and took our order; he made sure to ask us questions to get us exactly what we wanted, took our name and read our order back to us. Love the freezer-chilled mugs for our root beer! The store is very clean and the music is great! Our food was delivered to us hot and fresh in 8 minutes time! Perfection! Keep up the great work A&W!

Ive ordered from here quite a few times and its 50/50 on what you get. 50% of the time the order is wrong, usually wrong size fries or missing side item. Nothing huge but its definitely too expensive to experience that when you can go to a sit down restaurant, like Texas Roadhouse, and eat far better for relatively the same price. This will be the last time I order here. However, its a great place for quick ice cream as their floats are pretty good. If you have kids, they will like it. If just adults, Culvers is a far better choice.

Food was fresh and good! The girl at the window had zero customer service skills. Took our money, handed us our food and she never said a single word. Looked like she was having the worst day of her life. Even when I said thank you, she still said nothing. Hopefully management can fix this quickly. Typically we always have amazing food and customer service here.

I'm from the South so of course the food didn't have much taste but the root beer float was all I really wanted and it definitely did not disappoint

I have to be honest for fast food, This place is pretty awesome! I came here because they had a Veterans Day special and I hadn’t been to an A&W for quite some time but their burgers are pretty awesome. I will definitely be back because the service and flavor of the food is really great. I feel like a lot of fast food places have faltered in recent years, but A&W really does have some good flavor in comparison with value of money. The root beer is always good and you could rest assured that the people at this location actually care for the customers.
