Ono Hawaiian BBQ

Went thru the drive thru ordered 2 of the #30. There is no VEGGIES IN THERE. I NEVER ordered them without the veggies ! Make sure your employees make sure order is correct I drove 20 mins to get my dinner and this was very disappointing. I waited 15 minutes on the food to come out and this is what I get, no napkins no forks. I WANT A REFUND OR A NEW ORDER. I will want a manager to get back to me. Thank you.

I went through the drive-through to order my food and I got The wrong order and had to go back , then they gave me the wrong order again. instead of giving me fresh food, they gave me what was just sitting there and it was a complete waste of money.

I’ve eaten there 3 times and this last time the portion of teriyaki chicken was very small. I may need to try a different Ono’s now to see if their portion size is better.

Fantastic food, especially the BBQ chicken aloha plate. Good food, came out reasonably fast.
