Customer Reviews
This is such a lovely gem in Flushing. I live around the area for over ten years and just discovered this place. It’s sort of tucked away off of northern blvd and under the broadway lirr train station. The food is really good. We got the port cutlet and the rice cakes and it was amazing. We came back two more times in the next few weeks. The owner is so friendly and attentive - which makes all the difference in the world. The price is just right especially at a time when everything is so expensive. You order at the counter and they bring you the food to your table if you’re dining in. So I suggest to tip when you pay because the service is awesome!
The food is flavorful, well-portioned, and clearly made with care. Everything we tried tasted fresh, and the menu has a really nice variety so there’s something for everyone. The drinks pair perfectly with the food, and the presentation is on point. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It’s a perfect spot for a casual meal, a quick bite, or hanging out with friends. Definitely coming back and highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!
My hubby ordered the meal (pork chops with rice and cabbage) the tray had a small bowl soup also. Portion huge. I got the garlic tteokbokki (no meat) everything was really delicious. Service was friendly and fast.
My go-to spot for donkatsu and coffee. Thin patty, crispy breading, comes out with sauce already poured on top. Macaroni salad, cabbage, corn, and rice to complete the standard Korean style menu. Longhot pepper with ssamjang is a first time for me, but it seems fitting considering this is old school Korean rendition.
This place truly feels like a sanctuary for Korean food lovers. The pork cutlet and garlic tteokbokki are absolute standouts — rich, comforting, and full of flavors that bring back sweet memories of Korea. Every bite feels nostalgic and authentic, making this spot a real hidden gem. Highly recommended if you’re craving genuine Korean comfort food done right!
