One Noodle Bar - West Jordan

Tried this place, West Jordan location, based on the amazing reviews and they were accurate! Sooooo delicious and flavorful. We got the chicken fried rice, pork udon, karaage chicken and the gyoza. The service was great and my husband and I agree we need to come back here. So excited it’s on doordash too

I had the black garlic bomb ramen & gyoza. The noodles were cooked perfectly excellent service. I did also order the Karaage fried chicken as a take out I’ll review it later. I’ll bring my family back next week to see how they like it.

Great noodle bar. I’m not from Utah, I’ve been to ramen bars in Japan, this is pretty solid. I was going to rate the food 4stars based on solid broth and solid noodles (not groundbreaking), but the chashu is genuinely excellent, among the best I’ve had in memory, and brought it up to 5star. Casual place in a strip mall, pretty par for the course in this city, very friendly staff.

Very low key place, non-pretentious. Service had been excellent twice we had been there (each visit to Salt Lake we did). Food is consistent and tastes fresh. The price is also very good. My kids who are Asian food place picky are both impressed.

I had the Samurai Wonton and it was yummy! The noodles were cooked perfectly and the miso broth wasn’t over powering like some other places. karaage was crunchy and tasty. Gyoza wrapper and filling went perfectly well together.
