My rating is for the waitlist/lack of waitlist order. The food was fine and my son‘s tour of Italy is always delicious. The pizza taste fine, but my kid has an affinity for chain store pizza. Back to the waitlist, when I Joined the waitlist I was quoted 5 to 10 minutes. I arrived within that window for my family of five. I checked in with the link that was texted to me upon arrival. After 20 minutes of being the “next” group. I checked in with the hostess. She stated that since we have a party of five, we are waiting for a larger table. I understood but after waiting for 40 minutes total we finally were called. Once we reached the hostess. She said that we have a table, but there are still a few people in front of us. After 45 minutes of waiting, we sat down at our table for FOUR people wi
I ordered Olive Garden’s Chicken & Gnocchi soup online to-go because I wanted something warm and comforting. What I got instead was a bowl of soup with hair cooked into it, like it was part of the recipe. Nothing says “authentic Italian dining” like chewing on someone’s DNA and having to pull it out of your mouth mid-bite. I genuinely don’t understand how a restaurant that charges real money can’t manage the bare minimum: keep your employees’ body hair out of my food. I didn’t order the “Chicken & Gnocchi with a side of scalp seasoning.” The fact that this was a to-go order makes it even worse. This wasn’t an accident at my table — this was packaged up, sent out, and handed to me like it was totally acceptable. Meaning somebody saw it, didn’t care, and served it anyway. Absolutely revo
Let me start by saying this: it’s been about 5 years since I’ve been to an Olive Garden. I used to thoroughly enjoy Olive Garden, so when this one opened close to my house, we decided to enjoy some Olive Garden like the old times! Well… we thought we’d “enjoy” it anyways. Unfortunately, our experience was anything BUT pleasant. We ordered pickup, and we were a few minutes early (I’m saying this so you know it’s not our fault regarding the rest of this review) and we only live 3 minutes from this location. That said, when we got home and were ready to sink our teeth into some delicious pasta, breadsticks & spinach dip we were devastatingly underwhelmed. The breadsticks were stale, chewy and tasted as if they’d been either left under a heat lamp all day, or tossed in a microwave and bagged
Been a while since I’ve gone to Olive Garden and decided to try the new location. It was quite busy and loud but we didn’t have to wait for a table. They were out of the artichoke dip so we ended up with the Stuffed Ziti Fritta and they were very good. They were nice and crispy and a good change of pace. I’d probably choose them again over the spinach dip. The Chicken Tortelloni was inviting and filling. I wasn’t able to finish it. The salad and breadsticks were good, but the breadsticks could have been less hard.
My boyfriend and i went for dinner last night, and it was all amazing! We had Cayden as our waiter, very kind and attentive! I got the rayoli soup ( it’s my favorite, amazing every time!) and my love got the salad, he loved his too. Delicious breadsticks and mozzarella sticks as always! I used to not be sure about olive garden but this location has quickly changed my mind and convinced me olive garden cares about its customers and they make sure you leave happy and full, every time! I also love the vibe in there! It’s just so cozy in the booths!! Thank you so much for giving us a new favorite place!
