Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I had a very disappointing experience at Olive Garden today. When we arrived, everything actually started out great. We were seated immediately, and our server quickly came to get our drink orders. She also returned promptly to take our food order and brought our salad and breadsticks without any issues. Unfortunately, things went downhill once our meals arrived. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo. After twirling the pasta and dipping my breadstick into the Alfredo sauce, I noticed two separate hairs in my food that looked like beard hair. Needless to say, that completely ruined my appetite. When we called the server over and showed her the hair, her response was surprising. She simply asked if I wanted her to “take it off” or if I wanted to order something different. There wasn’t much apo

Had a great Valloween dinner date with my fiance. Food was great and excellent service 😊

Wife demanded we stop at Olive Garden so here we are. The food and service was exceptional: our waiter, Jaylen, was attentive but did not hover. He recommended a dish I found to be very good; the chicken and shrimp carrbanara (sp?) while the wife got shrimp fettuccini Alfredo. Both meals were very good as I liberated some of hers when she wasn’t looking. We also got the appetizer of spinach-artichoke dip which was nice. All in all a nice dining experience.

It’s an Olive Garden, so what do you expect? Well, for a Friday at 5:45, I’d expect they would plan far enough ahead to have draft beer, but here we are. Seriously, no draft beer for Friday happy hour? Do better. The food is otherwise typical Olive Garden quality with friendly service.

We got there and the ladies seated us in a booth.. next thing I know she's asking us to move toward us.A small table... Five minutes later, she put somebody in the booth. We were a party of four and there they were a party of two.. What the hell... I've never felt so uncomfortable. There's places so rundown.. I'm gonna service suck!!!
