Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The food was good, service was awesome by Melody B., but the women's restroom was filthy! I couldn't even use it because it was nasty! Also a huge garbage bag of breads breadsticks were strewn over the driveway not close to the dumpster! I mentioned these concerns with the MOD, who assured me that it'll be taken care of. Before I left the restaurant, still needing to use the restroom, I went back inside and decided that I'd wait until I get home. A few pieces of paper had been picked up, but that's it! The stench was still present. Between the two restrooms, there was a urine spell. I noticed that the score was 96A, which obviously was the food and kitchen ratings. I recently visited Olive Garden and had a great experience. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made it feel comfortable and inviting, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. Of course, the endless breadsticks and salad was just as good as always--fresh, flavorful, and a perfect start. The entrees were cooked well, full of flavor and served hot. Portions were generous, making it easy to take some home. My only complaint is that the toasted ravioli was fried too dark and crisp, nearly drying it out. Overall, Olive Garden delivered exactly what I expected: tasty food, good service and a relaxed dining experience.

For first, the person who seated us had a good attitude. The waiter was mid could be better but seemed like the waiter did not have the proper training. I got the salmon with mashed potato’s and lemon on the side, the portion of the salmon was small as a spoon. When I asked to speak with the manger (David) seemed intoxicated with alcohol. me and my family was going to leave this establishment because we waited over 45 minutes just for salmon just for it come out cold. My mother ordered chicken Alfredo and came out a hour later and was loop warm. And lastly I did not like that there was men waiters dress like women with long braids not to mention that they were not even tied, up worst experience so far.

Worst experience ever! Our entrees were dry! The salad was dry as well! It took 30 minutes to simply get our beverages. The waitress had to wait on our table and work the simultaneously. Olympia was our server and she really tried to get both jobs done.

I was treated to a birthday lunch from a sister in Christ and I had the create your own pasta: angel hair, traditional marinara with grilled chicken with a salad topped with balsamic vinegar and oil (special request due to dairy allergy). The pasta and salad were delicious. I've eaten at this location before but due to my allergies, it's difficult at times to eat at certain restaurants. I do thank our server Ezzy for being so accommodating and professional. For dessert since I couldn't eat the birthday dessert, she honored my request for grapes and strawberries. The time spent and conversations were the cherries on top. Thank you.
