I had the pleasure of starting my morning with a beautifully prepared ackee and salt fish, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The ackee was perfectly cooked with a delicate flavor that paired harmoniously with the salt fish. The seasoning was balanced, offering just the right touch of spice and aromatics without overpowering the natural taste of the dish. Each bite felt authentic, comforting, and deeply satisfying, making it a standout breakfast that set the tone for the day. Words can’t express how amazing this food is, but I’ll try my best! As a Jamaican living in the U.S., this is hands down the best Jamaican food I’ve ever had. Everything is seasoned to perfection! The chef is incredible, kind and patient; he’ll even tailor a dish to your taste and preference. If you’re vegetarian, they’ve got you covered. You won’t believe how flavorful and satisfying their vegetarian dishes are! The ackee and saltfish, the curry chickpeas, the rice and peas, everything is just simply amazing. The menu has great variety, and even though it’s a long drive for me, it’s so worth it. Hats off to Island Fire Jamaican Restaurant 💯🔥

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ordered the brown stew chicken with white rice and added oxtail gravy on the rice, and it was absolutely amazing. I ended up sitting in the parking lot eating because I couldn’t wait to get home. The flavor was rich, well-seasoned OMG! The oxtail gravy alone told me the oxtails have to be incredible, and I can’t wait to try them. I was so impressed that I walked back in just to give the owner her props. I’ve honestly never had Jamaican food this delicious. I will definitely be back. 🔥🇯🇲

The 1hr 25 minute drive I just took for this food was well worth it! The snapper is phenomenal & the oxtail is perfectly cooked. The service was excellent from start to finish. The amount of food served was well over what I expected With the price not being so high compared to this restaurant’s competitors. This cannot wait until I get home. I will Definitely be back!
