Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Tried Olive Garden in Greenville. Salad was great, but cold breadsticks and soggy calamari killed the experience. Looked good on the plate but was not good at all. Manager removed the calamari and admitted multiple complaints, so they pulled it from the menu that night. Service was mediocre. Not awful, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way to visit again.

Visited the location about an hour after opening, on their first official day. The service was great! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It was pretty busy, but we were sat down quickly. Our server was great… I don't remember her name, but she was blonde with cute gold rims glasses. She was amazing. She food came quickly and the veggies were fresh. This was the second time my husband has ever been to Olive Garden… The first time he wasn't a fan, but this experience changed his mind. Great job! I would expect some hiccups or learning curves for it being the first day, but it was truly a great experience. Well done!

I visited this location about a month ago after discovering that the new location was finally open. The food was delicious and plentiful. Our service was top notch, A1 service. I could not have asked for a better server than we had. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. I remember he was probably in his early 30’s , brownish blonde hair, clean cut and extremely polite. Never did I nor my friend ever have to ask for anything. Drinks-refilled ✔️salads and bread brought out before the meal ✔️, dessert offered✔️, pre-bussed table✔️, to go containers and drinks offered ✔️, check on time ✔️. He seriously hit the mark on every single thing. I just wish I had caught the young man’s name.

This was our first visit to the newest location in Greenville. The wait for a Saturday evening wasn’t bad at all, even with a parking lot packed full of cars! Jeremy was our server and he was amazing! Offered all drink options, appetizers and told us about all of the things we had questions about. He kept cups filled and all of us fat and happy! Keep up the great work Jeremy! Food was great, hot and very filling! Restaurant was very clean, and looked very high end! Way better than the old locations we used to go to back in the day!

We went to lunch with the family today and everything was great. We met at 11:30 so we beat the crowd. We were seated promptly. We had first class service from beginning to end. My daughter has to have gluten free items and the manager came to our table to check on her requirements before they brought our meals. Drinks were never empty and they made sure we had everything we needed. The manager came back later to make sure everything was good. This was one of the best experiences at any restaurant in quite some time. Thank you and keep up the good work.
