Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Our server Dylon was on top of it! Service was great and food was good as well. Drinks from the bar and food took alittle long to come out but not unbearable. Their endless pasta deal was great:)

We had our Christmas lunch catered in on Saturday and we’re able to to pick up in person as the Olive Garden is right behind us from Our Porsche Cincinnati King’s location. The staff was super nice as we were there just before opening and everything was prepared for us perfectly, included a whole Cheesecake, Yummy!!

Worst experience at an Olive Garden I’ve ever had—from the second we walked in the door. The staff were completely unorganized. Standing at the front waiting for a table, there had to be seven workers up there, and none of them seemed to know what was going on. Apparently they didn’t have a waitlist, yet the lobby was full of people waiting. They would call names and then change their minds about who they called. It was bad. We eventually got seated (group of three). Our waiter introduced himself with dirty plates practically in my grandpa’s face and acted like he didn’t even want to be there. He came back with drinks, bread plates, and a salad plate—singular—and that plate was dirty. Not like a small speck on the plate… the plate had hardened brownish gunk on it. When we asked for salad

For the price and quality food decent.. highly recommend to not be seated next to a door people are able to go out due to each time it would open your food just got colder and colder

i’m sad writing this because out of the hundreds of times i’ve eaten at olive garden this was the worst experience i’ve ever had. we went into this location on feb 21 and sat at table 54. our waitress came over like normal, got our drinks and once our drinks came out took our food order. i didn’t really look at the menu since i knew what i wanted, i only looked to make sure it was something they made, but that turned out to be my mistake. i ordered the shrimp scampi which is something i have not tried at olive garden but love the dish. i’ve never had, heard or seen asparagus in shrimp scampi before and i never want to. it tasted SO bad. we sent the food back and ordered something new that turned out fine. the manager came over and was by far the weirdest experience, giggled when i told her
