Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Sometimes a simple lunch is perfection! My wife and I stopped by Olive Garden in Bluffton while on our way to Savannah. We ordered the simplest thing on the menu: Soup, Salad and Bread sticks. Our food was served promptly, the soup was hot and tasty, and the salad was chilled and delicious. I seem to remember Olive Garden brushing their bread sticks with melted butter and garlic, but maybe that's a thing of the past. Even without the butter and garlic, they were still good. Our server was friendly and efficient. She attended to our table by refilling our salad bowl and beverage glasses and asking if we cared for more soup as well. We wanted for nothing. The atmosphere was comfy casual, and at noon on a Friday, there were plenty of tables available. We very much enjoyed our lunch!

Alexis D was my bartender and she was fast and listened to me very well. She made me a drink with coconut rum in a Shirley Temple style. It was outstanding. Not overbearing with none of the flavors. I ordered the 6 Oz steak well... sorry folks I don't like bloody meat. And the pasta was Alfredo. Everything was wonderful. Please be patient with restaurant employees. They are there to help us and it is not their fault someone did not show up to work, we have be come so disrespectful as a people. Always love going here! Sat at the bar on our last visit yesterday, food was fast and amazing! Our bartender made great drink recommendations and let us buy some extra take home meals for the hospital staff taking care of a sick family member. Nurses loved those bread sticks! Thank you so much, it made their night!!!

Yeah go head and close this location. Guest experience is important. Everyone is lacking from the host…to apparently management. The bathrooms need to be checked every hour. Yall screaming in the kitchen is beyond me because the food was nasty and not cooked the proper way. You can have fun I won’t discredit that. Life is already tough. There needs to be standards from the FOH to the BOH

Today was my birthday, and I had a gift card from my late aunt for Olive Garden, tucked into my wallet that I had saved for years, like a treasured photo. Today seemed like the perfect evening to enjoy the gift from my sweet aunt. First time at this location, my husband and I had a leisurely meal in a gorgeous restaurant - the rooms went on and on - I envisioned the site for large parties and events, a truly beautiful location! Our server, Isabella, couldn't have been more accommodating! Knowledgeable about the menu, prompt with beverages and those delicious warm breadsticks, friendly and professional. She was a treasure.
