Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I have not been to an Olive Garden in a while but with some strong cravings for the never ending pasta, decided to come for a visit. Upon entering, the manager and hostess was up front to greet us and promptly seat us. Once seated Kayla our waitress came right away and she promptly took our drink order and gave us some time to decide our dish. Kayla was prompt and provided amazing service during our visit! She was also very engaged with us as well as the other customers. Food wise, the pasta was cooked perfectly and the best sauce was the five cheese sauce with rigatoni. I also opted for the toppings and the chicken fritta was the best as I thought the meatball tasted too much freezer burned. We had dinner at the White Marsh location tonight. The staff was friendly and our server was kind and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the food was disappointing. The Gorgonzola steak was inedible (the pasta and sauce itself tasted good but the steak on it was really bad), the Margarita chicken was very plain, and the shrimp pasta was drenched in sauce. The drinks also didn’t taste good, and no one cleared the empty dishes, making the table feel crowded. Overall, for a $200 meal for our family of five, it wasn’t worth the price despite the good service.

After long trip Olive Garden I have known being open till 10 PM so needed their Italian Margarita yes comes with shot of Amerito? . Ordered pasta comes with bowl of Salad breadsticks unlimited.. Fiber and carbs with alcoholic drinks can make you relaxed and happy.. it was close by hotel I was staying. So no hassle.

I don’t typically go to big chain restaurants, but I enjoyed my trip here. We had excellent service and decent food. I enjoyed the lighting and decor but the seating doesn’t give you much privacy or intimacy with your group. I am a foodie, not quite a snob but I have very high standards; keep that in mind as you read. The salad and breadsticks were fine, just not to my personal taste. The pasta seemed a bit overdone, but I typically like al dente. The hilight for me was the Zuppa Tuscana soup, it was fantastic! I also loved the calamari, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned.

Tonight the family and I decided to go to Olive Garden for our favorite time of year, Never Ending Pasta. We arrived at around 8:15pm and were greeted with a friendly welcome at the door. After roughly five minutes we were seated by Holly the Service Manager. Holly was awesome. She was attentive, friendly, engaging, and made us feel welcomed. Great start so far. Holly then took our drink and appetizer order and advised us that our server would be with us in just a moment. A few minutes later our server arrives with our drinks and appetizer and took our food order, which of course was the never ending pasta.
