⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I drove 40 minutes just to buy bread, and once again there was no bread available. This is not the first time — it’s not even the tenth time. Almost every visit, they either have no bread or tell you to wait an hour for it to be ready. And even when you go there, you’re forced to wait at least 30 minutes just to get a bag of bread or half a dozen falafel. This seems to be a constant issue, not a one-time mistake. It’s clear the problem is understaffing. Trying to “save money” by not hiring enough employees is not saving — it’s hurting your customers and your reputation. Customers’ time matters. We ordered some manakeesh from here for an Arabic breakfast after hearing good reviews. We ordered the day before to make sure everything was on time. We ordered white cheese, zaatar, and meat. My huband went to pick them up and they needed 10 minutes to finish the order. Once they came, they smelled delicious but I was surprised by how oily everything was. We needed to blot each one before setting them on the serving dish as they were covered in oil. The bread itself was fluffy and fresh. I think the meat manakeesh could have used a little more meat. Everything here is made fresh and you have to wait for it unless you call ahead. Their Falafel is the best in the area. Keep up the good work!!

The food and flat bread is really good. However, the middle aged woman that takes orders is very rude and grumpy. She always argues with customer not just me, several members of my family had experienced this.

Called and placed a pick up order on the phone, however when I picked the food up part of the order was wrong, prices did not match the prices they have on their menu online and waited about 10 min for they to fix my order up, over all the food was good but service need to be worked on!
