Crave Cookies

The shop was clean and well lit. I love the design of this place. I received great customer service. Upon entering I was greeted and felt welcomed. I was offered a sample of a cookie which I thought was a nice touch. My order was correct. The cookies were delicious. I ordered a drink, the Biscoff Latte hot, however, it was not very hot and it was warm in temperature and I didn't enjoy it. Despite the issue with the drink I had a good experience and I would visit again.

First time here. The cookies are good a little bit too sweet for my taste and very similar to crumble, but they seem to change the flavors a lot and the menu is bigger, which is nice. I didn't get a chance to try any of the drinks or coffee or any of the other specialty items, but maybe next time. The prices are still a bit high for only six cookies, but we did like them, and each one is definitely big enough to share. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Would come back if in the area.

I met two amazing people Moe and Malak who took care of our order. Very friendly, warm and welcoming. I can’t wait to enjoy these delicious cookies.

Tried the line up for this week. Pleasantly surprised everything was delicious but I will definitely be back for their gluten-free s'mores cookie! It was amazing there was a good amount of marshmallow in the actual cookie that was really nice. Location is clean and cute.

Just stopped in at crave for the first time and the man working there Moe was very welcoming and helpful when assisting me in figuring out what I would like and why I would enjoy it. Rare to see customer service done this well nowadays
