What a little gem of a restaurant, extremely unique menu, burnt carrots and artichoke toast were tremendous paired together, the seafood risotto was incredible and the wine paired very well. The steal of the show might be the Tomato is a Fruit cocktail, dirty martini vibe mixed with subtle bloody Mary flavors, it was like nothing I've ever experienced. On top of the food and drinks the service was second to none. We will certainly be back!

Dang! We randomly found this spot and got a seat at the small bar area. The place is very cozy and the service was extremely pleasant. There is a really cute bartender running the show and she is wicked good at her craft. The food was very tasty, chicken Parma and a Steak dish with salad and focaccia bread. Fun experience away from the Stillwater path.

Loved our meal and the wait staff! The location is small but friendly, we ended up talking to just about every table around us, incidentally. People all sparking up conversation about what to eat or their experience, everyone having a great time! Loved it and will be returning!

We visited Olio in Bayport and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the food is simply outstanding — every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The drinks were creative and refreshing, making the whole experience even better. Service was friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Incredible food, and great service. We sat at the bar, and the bartender (Mitchell) is very personable, and knowledgeable about every menu item and cocktail. We had one of the app specials, Tallegio arancini, and it was super yummy. As others have mentioned - the sourdough focaccia with the sauce (and the herb butter it comes with) is INCREDIBLE. Along with the burnt carrots app. I had the casarecce (so delicious!), and my friend had the radiatore (she loved it!). 4 perfect cocktails, and a rich, delightful hazelnut chocolate cake as well. Highly recommend!
