Ole Crow Tavern Kingsport TN

Tried this restaurant for the first time and we were not disappointed! There was a wait, but it was worth it. We tried the fried BBQ bologna bites and deviled eggs as appetizers. Outstanding! The bbq beans, fries, fried okra, and onion ring sides were excellent. Pulled pork and brisket platters were hearty and tasty. Our son had the Mac attack burger and gave it an A+. Mixed drinks and beers were met with approval and shared a skillet cookie with ice cream - delicious. Absolutely will return and highly recommend.

Great place. BBQ was delicious. I was hesitant after seeing some reviews and we decided to go anyway. We did have one of the same problems as other reviewers... My Mac and cheese was cold. Everything else was very good. Ribs we fall off the bone, perfect. The flavor of the pulled pork was amazing. We got the bologna bites and they were very tasty. My 1 year old loved them (and the ribs!). The deviled eggs were good, but did lack a little seasoning. Didn't stop me from eating them though! Very good experience and our server was great. Drinks stayed refilled and we were treated with top notch customer service.

Got the chips and blue cheese dip as apetizer and the chips are homemade potato chips. Got the pulled chicken sandwich, its chunky not shredded, but still good. The bun is grilled and the homemade fries are good. Great atmosphere and the tables and walls are uniquely made from recycled wine barrels. Yiu may have to wait but its worth it. We will be back.

First time eating here today and it was phenomenal! Super friendly staff, our waitress Emily was so sweet! Fast service, amazing food & great prices for the amount of food we had gotten. 100% will become a frequent customer! Thank you for a wonderful experience! My plate: pick 3 platter with two sides I had pork BBQ, Bologna bites, brisket, - all 3 meats were amazing! white cheddar macaroni & chips with ranch(realllly great ranch), both were so so good! Plus a honey butter cornbread muffin. My husband had - rack of ribs, slaw and baked beans! I tried it all, we both loved it as well! Atmosphere was very nice!

One of my favorite places downtown! Great food, nice portions & friendly staff. I have not been disappointed with anything I've tried. One of my favorites is the bbq nachos - try them on the house chips. For a lighter meal, try the dinner salad w/grilled chicken.
