This place is amazing! Their croissants are absolutely delicious! Great environment and cozy area that makes you feel right at home! Art work from local artist inside to purchase. Staff is friendly! I will most definitely will be coming back again!

This place is a gem! The pistachio croissant is sinfully good- so rich and delicious. One of the best croissants I’ve eaten, and I’ve been to France a few times. The service is also great. Both employees were helpful and friendly. And last but not least, great environment. Comfortable seating and great lighting. And the artwork on the walls is a great addition.

🔝Excellent and yummiest pastry! When my mom visits from Germany, this is the first place she wants to go every time. We absolutely love it—the pastries are always fresh-baked and sooo good. The hot latte is my favorite! I love coming here with friends or even alone to relax and get some work done. Thank you for such a cozy and delicious spot! 💻☕🥐❤️

The Crumbum not only makes amazing bakery items that I look forward to but I recently ordered a custom cake and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. We came to them with an idea but wanted Amy to have creative freedom - the cake was beautiful, almost too beautiful to eat. And it tasted even better. I’ve raved about this cake to anyone and everyone willing to listen to me. Will forever recommend the amazing team here!

Every expirence I have here is enriching, delicious, and an all around delight. The atmosphere is well crafted- with a decorated selection of local art in multiple mediums. The menu has never failed to provide me with buttery, flavorful, and deviously good pastries. And their coffee offers a variety of experiences that will satisfy the most sugary pumpkin spice fall-fairy to the black drip in the rough hands of a working class man. This is a gem of downtown kingsport- i encourage locals and leaf lookers alike to try out this kooky Kingsport crafted Capitol of coffee.
