Old Town Guesthouse B&B

Wonderful, relaxing experience in an eye-catching, clean, comfortable room. Lounge area was cozy and quiet….a great place to unwind and refresh. Breakfast was a treat! Hosts were friendly and offered great sightseeing and dining recommendations. This B&B is located off the main commercial roads and was a nice alternative to typical hotel chains. |Staying in a historic downtown offered ample opportunities for a nice stroll among local shops and eateries. Plus, it was minutes away from Garden of the Gods, and an easy drive to University of Colorado, Colorado Springs where we visited our grandson.

My hubby and I had the greatest experience staying here. We only stayed one night, but the stay was comfortable, welcoming and very charming. Staff were kind and super helpful. Our room had a private patio and 2 person hot tub! Home-made breakfast was delicious and filling. They also had a recreation area with a pool table, darts, board games, old school arcade game and Bluetooth speaker to jam out. We will define recommend and stay again!

Stumbled across this place and we ended up staying for 6 nights!!! Will definitely be returning next time we visit Colorado Springs. The PERFECT view of the Rocky’s. This whole strip had so much to do. Our dog was allowed which was a total plus. Hot tub with a view, fireplace, spacious, very clean, friendly staff felt like family. I totally recommend this place. 10/10. They made us breakfast quesadillas and they were phenomenal! Also loved the yogurt parfaits. Totally better than an Airbnb. Will definitely be returning and bringing family next time! Thank you for the best stay guys!

What a cool place! Brandon took good care of my wife and I, with a very good breakfast each morning. We stayed in the Victorian Rose room. It snowed while we were there so the fireplace was handy and the view of Pike’s Peak from the balcony was that much more beautiful. Good walkability with a lot of shops, galleries and restaurants close by.

Easily my favorite B&B to date! The Victorian Rose room itself was excellent, fireplace, private outdoor hot tub on the top floor with a gorgeous view of the mountains (the best view in the B&B), and all the standard amenities. But, the small touches were very much appreciated: plate charger, robes, white noise machine, coffee, and more! Highly recommended if you're staying in the area, this one is overall excellent!
