Wow this place is deceivingly large inside! I found my favorite poblano peppers stuff with ground beef. Their beef was the style that has the potatoes and carrots on the inside. It was very tasty, but may be slightly unexpected. I thought the pepper could’ve been slightly softer. But their chunky guacamole was really tasty and their salsa was off the chart good. Service was good. I would eat here again and with my family.
Came here last night around 8pm to dine with my kids and a friend I was visiting. I LIKE THE INSIDE AND HOW IT GIVES RUSTIC AND SOUTHERN. Seats had food on them, but tables were wiped. There were only 2 ppl inside eating and others in front of the TV. I assumed since it was slow, the food wouldn't take long, but after placing an order it took almost 27 mins for my food to come. The chips and salsa was hard and not fresh. The cheese dip was watered down and runny. I ordered chicken fajitas with double rice no beans and for almost 20$ the chicken looked like a half of a chicken breast with mostly onions and bell peppers. This place even charges you for salsa🤣. Please keep driving and don't stop here. You will be disappointed. The only ppl seem to like this food are the locals who don't have
You can Not be from Mexico. You could never have stepped a foot in Mexico, if you’re putting ground beef dry ground beef in tamales and pouring picante sauce from jars over dry prepared masa😆😆😆😆😆. I don’t even know how to make dry ground beef, teach me but don’t wow, yes it’s leftovers why would we eat it??? How could we stomach it???? Oh, yes, the rice-a-roni,🤦♀️, my oh my Can I recommend no dishes👀👀
This was my first time visiting and I was expecting just your regular American Mexican restaurant. The restaurant was beautiful and very clean. Beautiful paintings hung everywhere. Our server David was also the bartender. I think he was a little busy because he made the margarita wrong. However, it was a good Margarita. The Pinot Giorgio was well balanced, slightly dry and a tad bit sweet. The Quesadilla Mista was delicious. All the vegetables were cooked perfectly. The meats were tender. The Arrozo chicken entree with rice and cheese was equally as good. Hot food was hot and cold food was cold. Thanks David for making this a good dining experience. The prices were also reasonable so you don't have to worry about anything being super expensive. We will be back soon.
This is not the place to go with a group of people. Our food always is lukewarm or cold when it comes out. I don't think we've ever been there that they got our whole order right but after waiting over a hour for your food you dont want to wait even longer for them to remake it so we just ate it how it came out. Every time we eat there we're always reminded why we like the other Mexican restaurant in town (Azteca) better!
