Old Great Wall Buffet

My family loves this restaurant. Both my sons (13/9) pick it as their prize whenever they accomplish something and get to pick a special treat. There is a LARGE variety of foods and they always have sushi as part of the buffet! The girls are always very kind and attentive, so the service is really good. Highly recommend giving it a try. Also, it's a locally owned family business so always great to support our community!

Mongolian beef was very good and a nice spice. Egg drop was very good too. No fake yellow color. Great price too❤️❤️❤️ Happy to stop and find this place on the way to traverse city :)

This place is worth the money. Basic. The decor reminds me of a basic room what seats were people eat. Nothing extraordinary. The food was hot and plenty of it but it wasn't the best food I ever had but it wasn't the worst. Hit the spot for Chinese food. The service was fantastic, the workers for speedy and efficient and friendly the way that you would hope people would be. Is it a destination? Not really, but if you're looking for some good food that hits most of the high points while falling far short of a PF Chang's, this is the place for you.

First the positive, the crab ragoons were good and tasted like real crab meat. There wasn't much variety of food including the dessert. I was disappointed that I was ignored when I walked in. It would have been nice if the girl at the checkout would have at least acknowledged me, not sure what she was doing because there wasn't anyone checking out and she was not on the phone. I stood there for a couple minutes and no one else came over and they were not busy so I went and sat down which finally got the server's attention. The server was nice but asked me to go back and wait😠 They were not busy at all but it did make quite a stir apparently that I sat down on my own😄 I didn't sit down out of stupidity, most places seat you, I did it to get someone to acknowledge I was a paying customer! From the outside of the building looks rather small but it's a lot more roomy inside. The food is great and plenty full with the buffet however you can order menu items if you're not into buffet traffic 🚦. If there is a small issue is with one of the employees there I'm not sure if she's part of the management or not but no offense intended but she reminded of an Asian version of speedy Gonzales because you never see her until she's literally right behind you yelling out loud 🔊📢 to her employees and she actually took the serving spoon away from clients so she could make the dishes refreshed before the customer touched it. I wish she was no longer there but the other staff is very friendly helpful and accommodating.
