Old Bridge Public Library

Love this library all the times, but sometime always meet a not nice person at passport service office. Post office make passport only 5 minutes including take pictures, if not busy , Here not busy , but here takes more than 50 minutes to work with one client. 50 minutes ago they helping the client before me , now they all free inside the office 10 minutes they talking yo each other, no one come out to take me in .

We went to apply for a passport for our child and had a very disappointing experience due to the behavior of the staff member who assisted us, Shantel. She was rude and unprofessional from the start. We realized we had forgotten our daughter’s birth certificate and immediately went home to get it, returning within about 15 minutes. When we came back, Shantel was still sitting at her desk. Despite this, she told us she was fully booked with appointments and made us wait an additional 20 minutes. We were completely fine waiting if there had actually been other people waiting or scheduled appointments, but there were none at that time. Went to Diwali event today. It was very nice and fun. My daughter had a lots of fun making candles. We would love to have this kind of event each year. Thank you so much whoever helped organizing this Diwali event.

This library says that there is a quiet section but majority of the times it’s not quiet, with workers passing by talking out loud to individuals on their phone talking. They need to enforce it. This is probably the only library I’ve been in that it’s not quiet.

It’s excellent library…place is clean and super silent. Staff is friendly and helpful. You will get tons of books available here with almost every languages. Parking lot is also large and have tennis courts to get refreshed.
