The Olallieberry Inn is a quaint B&B tucked away in Cambria. We have stayed here several times and plan to return on our next visit to the area. The older building has many upgrades and holds the nostalgic ambiance of its original design. There is a music room with a record player and vinyl to spin. It is well maintained and the staff is personable and friendly. The town is small and walking distance to shops and restaurants. This trip was rainy, which actually added to the unique location with the flowing river behind the property and cows grazing and wandering on the hills. It is also a convenient location between Paso Robles for wine tasting, and Moonstone Beach or SLO, if you are inclined to visit Morro Rock and the adjacent downtown beach area. We were able to spend one day in each d
My review is in synch with what others are saying. The Inn is charming, the room we had was spacious, and the innkeeper was very accommodating. Cambria is a beautiful small town and this Inn is located on the main drag. ||Some specifics -- the breakfast was good, the garden area beautiful, ample parking ... all in all if you're looking for a relaxing experience in a quaint small town near the ocean, this is a great option.
Great B&B gem in Cambria! Our host Anna was lovely with complimentary happy hour and breakfast! Front living area was great too- providing musical instruments, a turn table and tons of classic vinyl for enjoyment! Highly recommend!
The place is cute. Nice outdoor seating area, good location, food is okay. I gave it 4/5 stars because of the price.. $270+ per night and they cut corners.. we had 2 people in a room and we got 2 tiny white scratchy motel 6 bath towels. The staff are cooking but hollering and yelling during breakfast while we are eating. The room we stayed in was remodeled and more modern so the feel of an older place that we came for wasn’t there, the cookies they serve are out of a box. For a lower price I wouldn’t have complained- not worth a high price. Wouldn’t stay again unless the price was below $150.
My entire stay was amazing. The price was well worth it. I was contacted and offered early check in which I thought was very kind. Upon arrival it was super cute. We made our way in to a beautiful garden. And had some delicious snacks and wine. The property was well maintained. The beds were super comfy. And at night you can hear the frogs. It was a very peaceful experience. Breakfast was fantastic! And when we asked about some delicious chocolate coconut cookies we had the night before, the staff made us two cookies to go. They are all so kind and wonderful. They truly care about the small touches and it shows. I can’t wait to come back again.
