Oishii Sushi

Quick great spot for sushi. Promptly greeted with a smile and sat at the belt. A really nice selection of sushi plates and a very clean and inviting atmosphere. You can also order fresh rolls and nigiri. Plenty of bottled beer options. Plates range from 2 to 5$ if I remember correctly. Cant wait to get back over there.

Always a great experience coming here! The sushi belt is fun, the food is fresh, and there’s always a good variety to pick from. The prices aren’t bad at all for the quality you get, and the service is consistently friendly.

Most of the sushi on the conveyor belt was made up of rolls. The food itself is quite good, and the staff is friendly. That said, I think most folks come to a conveyor-belt sushi place for the simplicity rather than having to place special orders. Since many of the items still need to be ordered separately, a little improvement there could make the whole experience feel a lot smoother.

As it's a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, the visual aspect was enjoyable, and the taste was reasonably good for the price. The issue is that sushi at these types of places is made by machines, so the quality of the rice is very important. If the amount of water used when preparing the rice isn’t controlled well, the sushi can turn out sticky, like mochi. However, this restaurant managed the water ratio well, so the quality of the rice was preserved, pairing nicely with the sashimi. The Ika (squid) sushi had a slimy texture, possibly due to being stored for too long, which wasn’t ideal. On the other hand, the Hamachi (yellowtail) was fresh. The restaurant is operated by Chinese owners. I am considering revisiting when coming Springfield area

Sparkling, fun place with sushi for the grabbing on a conveyor belt! What more could you want!! There are also VERY prompt waiters for anything in addition to which you may want to order. Pay by plate, by color. Menu is great. Great place for date night, girls night or brunch with your family. A+
