Oh Sweet Bakery made a special birthday carrot cake on short notice for my wife. It was an outstanding cake, expertly decorated like I asked for and my wife loved it. The customer service provided by the owner was fast, friendly and efficient. This is a really wonderful bakery that we highly recommend.
If I could give a zero I would. Placed a call about cupcakes for a birthday party. Instead of asking when the birthday was or what time frame I was thinking about, the first thing said was she didn't have time due to so many other things on her plate. Rude for one & two no customer service personality. Well she won't have to worry about me calling again to inquire about anything.
Always the best tasting and beautifully decorated cookies! Highly recommend!!
